Transform the World-One Child at a Time

B. MORphed Foundation

The circumstances into which a child is born should never determine the trajectory of his/her/their life. They didn’t for Brian Moran. Now, he and his family are on a mission to give children all over the country the opportunity to thrive, no matter what their families’ financial situations may be.

That’s where the B.MORphed foundation comes in.

Founded with his sons and close family friends, Mr. Moran established the B.MORphed foundation as a way for his family to give back to their community, and our country as a whole, by investing our most valuable asset- our children.

Leveraging capitalistic principles, the B.MORphed foundation is working to tackle one of the most pressing issue our country faces- the declining number and quality of educational resources and opportunities provided to children in disadvantaged and low-income communities.

To achieve its mission, the B.MORphed foundation collaborates with a variety of established non-profits, public school systems, and social service organizations in the Annapolis, Baltimore, New York City/Long Island, and South Florida communities- providing grants each year to 501(c)(3) organizations within the foundation's stated areas of interest, below. The foundation will consider grant applications from emerging and established non-profit organizations that can demonstrate their community impact, their capacity with viable operating plans, and their retention of capable leadership and staff. Our leadership selects organizations where they believe the funds will be well managed and well spent by the capable boards and directors.

By supporting our communities in this manner, the foundation hopes to effect positive change that works towards building a better future for children everywhere and our country as a whole.
